Digital Products

All products sold in our store are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your purchase has been completed and the digital content has been made available for download or instant access, we are unable to offer refunds, or cancellations.

European Union Customers

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you acknowledge that:

• you expressly request immediate access to the digital content after completing your purchase;
• you understand that the product is supplied immediately in digital form;
• you acknowledge that, by receiving immediate access to the digital content, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws relating to digital content.

Exceptions

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will be happy to help:

• You did not receive your download.
• The download link does not work.
• The files are corrupted or cannot be opened.
• You received the wrong product.

If we are unable to resolve a technical issue within a reasonable time, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
